Tax Return Preparer Update & Proposed Regulations

Below is an update prepared by IRS Committee Co-Chairman, Paul Cannataro, CPA. This information is tentative, as we are currently waiting for final regulations from the IRS. We expect to have final regs within the next 30 days.

We have also included a copy of the proposed regulations for Taxpreparer Registration.
